From a few simple ingredients comes an irresistible combination of flavours. High quality ingredients for a refined taste and exceptional delicacy.
Production
AMA Arbues dragées and pralines are made with locally-sourced produce and natural flavours, ensuring a premium product that is both delicious and nutritious. All raw materials are lovingly prepared and processed using traditional methods, ensuring that no chemical additives are used. Our company is known for its unwavering commitment to quality, which is evident in every Antonio Maria Arbues product.

Manual Selection
We carefully select all the ingredients for our dragées and pralines by hand: this is the first step in guaranteeing the quality and originality of our products.
Roasting
We roast the almonds and hazelnuts in our laboratories and immediately coat them in dark chocolate. This enhances their flavour and gives them a fragrant, crunchy texture.


Gumming
To obtain the "core" of the dragées, the almonds are coated with a very thin layer of gum arabic and left to rest for 24 hours.
Sugar-coating
After a day's rest, the "cores" are sugar-coated in suitably heated tanks, alternating between sugar and water syrup coating and hot-air drying.


Rest
The final step in the process is to allow the dragées to dry thoroughly.

Our dragées and pralines are finished with the perfect touch: elegant, colourful and personalised packaging that ensures the originality of our products.
