During the years of the Italian economic boom
The company developed and diversified its production by acquiring lines that also produced sweets and fizzy sweets. The company expanded its marketing activities, focusing particularly on southern Italy.

The business was moved to a new factory in Via dell'Industria
The new structure enabled the company to establish itself through targeted innovation in the production of dragées and sweets. These innovations increased sales in new national markets.

Domenico Arbues took over the factory that his father Antonio had started
The love and enthusiasm for this ancient and noble work are handed down from father to son. The family is committed to "excellence". They use traditional recipes and are constantly researching and developing new combinations and flavours.

The new brand was born
Antonio Maria Arbues
Domenico Arbues and his wife Angela have created the Antonio Maria Arbues brand, taking care of its image and packaging. Chocolate became an essential part of the production, which was further enhanced by a wide range of pralines that combined the "food of the gods" with the traditions of the local confectionery culture.
2011
E-commerce makes it possible to reach customers all over the world
The opening of the online shop means that Antonio Maria Arbues' dragées and pralines are now easily available to customers both in Italy and abroad. Production is now focusing on gourmet products, created from traditional recipes and presented in attractive and innovative gift packaging.
